Ideal Office Machines is the Sharp electronics dealer for Searcy and surrounding areas. We’ve been around for over 50 years and have the knowledge and experience to make sure that your equipment is well matched to the task at hand.

• Maybe you are running a startup and need to be able to produce really professional results from a small office. We’ll help you chose compact equipment that produces beautiful pages AND operates at MUCH lower costs than typical big box store machines. We don’t sell disposable machines. We only offer serviceable, efficient equipment.

• Maybe you need a high capacity, high speed printer/copier, but don’t think you have the budget for that. Many of our clients find that we can install equipment that is coming off lease from large institutions for even lower cost than brand new, far lower capacity equipment. We maintain and service everything we sell, so you know you can count on it when you need it.

• Maybe you need to start using your equipment now, but are not interested in owning a lot of equipment. We have hundreds of clients who simply pay for the prints that they generate. We provide the equipment, supplies, and any necessary service for an affordable rate based on your usage.

All our service is provided by our trained technicians, not subcontractors. They have dedicated service vehicles with the tools, parts, and supplies to take care of the vast majority of service calls quickly and efficiently, whether you are in Cabot or Heber Springs. If the issue is something that can be handled more efficiently via remote access and your internet connection, we’re happy to do that. In short, we’ll do whatever it takes to keep you up and running.
