James Carson and Alan Baker founded Ideal Office Machines in 1969, primarily providing sales and service of calculators and typewriters. Ideal is still owned and operated by Mr. Carson today, but offers much more!

The bulk of our business is commercial grade MFP’s (Multi Function Printers) which provide printing, copying, and scanning in schools, banks, factories, etc. in North Central Arkansas. We offer financing options, including leasing and rental, to make it affordable for you to get the equipment you need. We also sell commercial grade calculators, shredders, typewriters, and plotters. We can custom order stamps for notary, signature, deposit, address or anything else you can think of. In short, we can help you get what you need so that your office can operate like it should.
